Serves newborns, infants and toddlers to assure that they have the best possible start in life.
Provides home visits to assess the health of newborns; provides information on child
development and available programs and resources; identifies developmental delays,
as well as information, guidance and therapeutic interventions; provides screenings
for health, hearing and vision and overall development; and provides literacy training
